From the looks of it, Intel will need a miracle to fix security problems in their architecture and downscale it to 10nm and 7nm.

The more I keep reading, the more I keep picturing Wile E. Coyote ordering from the Acme catalog saying "I need a 7nm cpu to catch the AMD road runner..." and TSMC drops this massive chip on his head while you hear a "beep beep" from the back ground.

ROTFL "Dang Sparky! When it rains it POURS!"
Today we are finding out that Intel has allegedly infringed FinFET patents of Microelectronics Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. On July 28th, the patent review committee has heard an application that accuses Intel of violating a patent 201110240931.5 commonly referred to as FinFET paten...

well, one lad that I spoke with has found new vulnerabilities in intel CPUs, that can easily kill them, from what I can tell works on any Core i CPU and it wasn't fixed by PlunderVolt fixes...

If that was the case would that flaw not enable access to hardware level control such as voltage etc ? In order to kill them or are we talking about another vector ?
