*ExtremeHW is operated as a 18 rated site, as such we require that all registrants for the site are at least 18 years of age. Any accounts found not meeting this minimum requirement will be banned immediately.
Using the site
*We reserve the right at anytime to alter the site whether it be with regards to functionality, features, design or in any other way we see fit. Where possible fair notice will be provided to the users, however this cannot be guaranteed.

*Users are NOT to create multiple accounts. Having a multiple account can get you banned.
*Users are NOT to Abuse or intimidate other users in anyway. Doing so will be an immediate ban from the site and related services.
*Users are NOT to misrepresent themselves as site staff or the owners in anyway shape or form, doing so will be an immediate ban from the site and related services.
*User are NOT to plagiarize content from other sources. While ExtremeHW takes no responsibility for these actions, we take a very dim view on plagiarism and this will lead to a reprimand or banning from the site and related services.

Content Ownership
*All content and user submissions on ExtremeHW that is deemed legal by the sites Terms Of Service and any other applicable site policies becomes the property of ExtremeHW. We reserve the right on a perpetual basis to display, publish, copy, store and use all content and submissions made by the users of ExtremeHW as we see fit.
Content Submission Etiquette
*Users are to submit content in English Only. We do not have the facilities to cater to other languages and we need to make sure that site is easily usable for the majority of users. Please note that outside sourced articles whether it be news or otherwise can be posted in a foreign language but we ask that a translation to English is also provided.
*We expect that all submission are made with a good level of English, punctuation and spelling where possible. We do not expect users to be be perfect, but we do expect a good level of English to be used to make sure that all submissions are easily readable by other community users.
*We expect all submissions to be clear and concise, as such we do not expect their to be excessive use of internet jargon, memes or emoticons.
*No excessive swearing/foul language. Swearing and foul language use will be masked using asterisk symbols (****), however in order to maintain a professional atmosphere with clean easy to read posts we do not allow the excessive use of swearing, masked or otherwise. Excessive uses will be met with a warning or future infraction should the issue persist.
*We expect that all file submissions in the form of attachments or otherwise be free of virus's, malware or other malicious content. User found deliberately spreading the aforementioned will be banned.
Account Deletions
We respect that users may wish to delete their accounts from the ExtremeHW site. If you wish for your account to be deleted, please use our Contact Form and request ''Account Deletion'' . We will endeavour to carry out this task within 7 working days.
Please note that while we will delete accounts, the user content (non personally identifiable content) submitted from said account will remain as per our policies. All leftover content will appear under a ''EHW Ai'' account.
Infractions & Warnings
When necessary the owner and staff of ExtremeHW will issue Warnings/Infractions to users if they move beyond the confines of the Terms & Conditions of use. Within the realm of fairness we will endeavour to speak with a user via a PM (Private Message) warning to rectify the situation prior to any official warning or infractions being issued. Should the issue persist or the user ignore the advice given in the PM warning then official warnings and Infraction will be issued as necessary until the issue is resolved or the user banned from ExtremeHW.
Every user has an Infraction point limit. This limit is set at 20 points. Once a user has hit the 20 point limit through accrued infractions then the account will be automatically banned. As an additional threshold, users have an overall Infraction limit of 12. Should a users accrue 12 Infractions, they will be automatically banned. Please note that you can be banned from accruing either 20 Infraction points or 12 Infractions, whichever comes first.
Please note that you can be banned immediately without warning for Spamming, Advertising, Obscene Content, Racism, Sexism or Threatening Behaviour.
Ban Appeals
If you have been banned from ExtremeHW and you feel it unfair, you can appeal your ban by using our Contact Us form and selecting ''Ban Appeal'' and submitting your case to us. Please note that un-banning is done at our sole discretion and not all appeals will be successful.
