Maybe, but given the pursuit of corporate profits these days (read the stock market(s)), it wouldn't surprise me if that sort of thing has become the norm (fudging numbers, regardless of industry).

Just finished binge watching the series since it was released on Wednesday. It's okay, was a bit slow in places, but kept me interested enough to finish watching the first season; and the very end of the last episode (Episode Eight) definitely creates room for a second season. My recommendation: if you've never played the game and have thought about doing so, watch the series beforehand.
