  1. I did a few speed steps up and have been running 3533 stable since this morning, it passed a few hour long memtest with no issues so I know I can get that 3600 its just being finicky when I try to go up to it. I'm running 1.45v and 1.0 on the soc other voltages are still on auto. Didn't change any of the termination block settings or cad bus block settings. Score at 3333 was 16913 or something like that so I know I can tighten things a little more (hopefully) and get that score or better back. Timespy did get a huge improvement though https://www.3dmark.com/compare/spy/1...7/spy/12624601 a comparison between 3533 and my 3266 that was my previous best non cpu oc run.
  2. I did try that and it just fails, this is the current oc I am able to run.

    Hello

Hey everyone, new hear, found the site after learning about Ryzen memory calc. Have been around pcs my entire life, starting with the 486dx2 with math co processor and fondly remember playing Wing Commander for hours back then. Today I'm a software architect and built a Threadripper 3970x system not too long ago after being on a i7 2700k for a long time with a few laptops in between the two. Besides being a pc enthusiast I'm an outdoorsy guy, live in Colorado and most of the time (before Covid) you would fine me in the woods in the summer or on the slopes in the winter.
  4. Hey everyone, new to the site and trying to overclock ram on Ryzen and really need some help. Current setup is MSI Creator TRX40 Threadripper 3970x G.Skill 128gb (8x16) 14-14-14-34. System is watercooled and cpu temps are great. This system is mainly for work but I do game a tiny bit so want to get more performance. I was using a 64gb Corsair CL19@3600 kit but while working I could easily hit the 64 gigs and decided to upgrade to a better kit. I've been trying to just get a simple 3600 oc running but I can not get the system to post for the life of me. Memory report from Thaiphoon Timings I'm attempting
