I finished a bare aluminum case for a client. This case was designed to house an air cooled rig (1x 120mm and 5x 140mm fans). The motherboard tray came from Mountain Mods.

The build is a prototype. I cut the extrusion on a miter saw fitted with an AL cutting blade. The sheeting is rough cut on a table saw then onto a CNC router:
