I don't overclock anything. Because I live on a fixed income disability check, I can ill afford things burning out on me, so I keep things pretty much stock so as to keep their lifetime working as long as possible.
I build my own systems, have been doing so since 1994. This way I know *EXACTLY* what parts are in it/them. I despise 'store-bought- systems that have the cheapest no-name garbage put into them but are sold at premium prices! The people who buy them though deserve what they get since it it just too much effort to learn about their computer(s) or anything about how they work or what parts are used in them...let them have that crap as far as I'm concerned.
