UltraMega's post in 3 yr old PC needs some love - Upgrading GPU to water cooling - Which Radiator? was marked as the answer
Do it. 4070Ti is a solid 40% faster than the 2080Ti. Definitely a much bigger jump than you would get from water cooling anything you currently have.

UltraMega's post in Looking for used Ryzen 3600 was marked as the answer
NVM, customer decided he wants to go with a used 3700x... which I happen to have... so I guess I'm going to sell him mine and upgrade to the 5800x. Wasn't planning on upgrading my CPU but the customer wants to go this route anyway, so I just have to pay the difference which is about $100. Still not really sure it's worth it just to get a bit more IPC, but it's a done deal now.

UltraMega's post in Did the requirements for Win 11 change overnight? was marked as the answer
No nothing changed. I assume you have TPM (or is it TMP? I forget) enabled?
Perhaps windows's ability to detect your hardware settings improved? Or it could just be that not all the drivers needed were WHQL certified for win11 yet.
