In R23 12900K score about 19K with just P-Core and 26K with P+E. That is ~7K for E-Cores. If we dont included and clk speed increase and no IPC increase it will be ~ 26K+7K = 33K. That is quite impressive increase assuming it does not need more power. I suspect 6950X with 16C will probably have no trouble hitting 33K considering AMD said 5GHz all core and I score 33K with 5950x with 4.7GHz all core OC.
