    I use LACT to lower power consumption on most of my Linux machines.

    Pretty much all RTX 40 and 50 series are really efficient for folding and respond well to undervolt or power limiting.

    How old is your PSU? Which Leadex do you have? Super Flower makes really good PSUs. If yours is getting up there in years, might be worth it for peace of mind to upgrade. Leadex VII XP 1200W is a great option that gets you the new connector and a little bit more wattage. They also have the Leadex VII XG 1300W that sometimes goes on sale a bit cheaper. I've had one on my test bench for over a year now with great results. 
     
    The adapter works fine, just doesn't look as nice as a dedicated cable.

    Sounds like just removing and reconnecting the share on Windows would have fixed it but a whole OS re-install never hurts 😛
     
    I love the comical overkill of the i9 mixed with the mediocrity of the onboard 1G NIC.
