ok i just came back few days, first i did soldered the wire to the gpu unfortunately i broke the SMD while doing it, however i got warranty covered for so they replaced it for me.
so i decided to overrided it with nvflash:
after few attempts i managed to use 24GB variant on M40
^ it's still showing mem size of original M40
however the the control panel detects it as 24GB.

yeah winbond w25x40a eeprom
never though they are going the 'headache' design
which spi programmer did you use because im not sure CH341A clip could make a connection with it

so you can re-program it with firmware in SPI programmer, is that correct?
If so can you locate for me where the location of the eeprom chip on the board because i have a toolkit that can overwrite the bios
Or someone has a modified M6000 24GB BIOS, i really appreciate it
