How can I fix key rollover problem

I have a Logitech G213 keyboard that used to work fine, but recently I noticed that some keys don’t work when I press them together. when I press them at the same time, nothing happens.
This is frustrating because I use these keys combination a lot for gaming and navigation. It used to work fine before, but now it seems to have this issue and malfunctions on online key rollover tests as well. Is this a defect in my keyboard or a limitation of n-key rollover? How can I fix this problem?
