  1. Hahaha yes that is correct. Many of the parts were given to me as christmas gifts, so I marked them as $0. It took me roughly a month and a half. The biggest hangup I had was dealing with swapping the PSU and re-sleeving the second one. But aside from that, it went very well.
  2. Or full screen wrap around phones
  3. Hello all! I've decided to add my one case mod to EHW. This was a project that I completed in January 2017. The intention was to build a high-airflow, sleek, and portable gaming rig. I was inspired by a few other owners of this case to perform this mod, and now I am left with the ultimate portable LAN Box. This build was one of those cases of falling in love with a specific computer part, despite there being many inherent flaws. In this case, it was the Lian Li PC-TU 100. The case is a small portable machine, but suffers from highly restrictive airflow, GPU overheating issues, and lack of clearance for a decent CPU cooler due to the PSU mounting location. So this mod was all about correcting those issues! Parts List: Below is image of the stock case, pre-mod.
  4. Ngl, I laughed pretty hard when I noticed the coolant color. Great work mate!
  5. What a great looking build!
  6. I know I am posting this a couple weeks late, but I for one am super excited for more threadripper in my life. https://www.techradar.com/news/amd-ryzen-threadripper-3rd-generation
  7. This is what we have needed for a good while now! I am so glad we are finally seeing "more reasonable" pricing on these CPUs.
  8. Some of the pros and cons in the list are a bit scattered IMO. Looking at the Area-51M, "Cons: Extremely Pricey" @$1999.99. Vs the m15 R2, "Cons: No mention of price" @$3129.99 While I do agree with some of these recommendations, it almost seems like they took a shotgun shells worth of random laptops and slapped them in a list. Also, though I appreciate the fact that laptops can run 240 Hz these days, it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me on a laptop. Thanks for posting E :thumbs_thumbsupup:
  9. Self banned for nearly 24 hours of inactivity. Tsk tsk. Coffer tiem.

  18. Admittedly, I do not believe the fines that they have been accruing come anywhere close to the profits they are making from selling the data. It seems like the business model is: store and sell as quickly as possible -> data breech occurs -> eat the fines and bad pr -> "fix" the known problem -> rinse and repeat
