People still use OCN?
Yeah ouch, that's definitely a new thing I don't remember seeing there before. I had an overclocked account for years and years over there, but when they took that away, I haven't been able to login since. Oh well.
I only use it to look at the amazing deals GTZ gives people when I don't have any money... a 3070 for $225...

Mom, can we get NB MX5?
No, we have NB MX5 at home.
NB MX5 at home:
haha, probably the scariest thing i've driven (fast)... not the fastest thing, but defiantly the scariest.

I can force the regen but it fails. It's supposed to automatically regen when soot levels are >40g and EGT is above 600c. All three sensors are reading >600c but for whatever reason it's being flagged as too low and then fails with a CEL. Its already gotten new sensors the last time it happened.
I dropped it off a VW yesterday and got a loaner Atlas so it's their problem now. Viva la extended emissions warranty.
Worse case scenario they can't figure it out, offer to buy it for a stupidly low price (apparently that's their MO), and then I delete and roll coal
gotta love extended warranties, after the p-p has been slapped.
(i'm a auto tech by trade, lead used car tech at the dealership i'm currently at, so ill post some photos of things i've worked on)

did my timing belt/water pump/tensioner yesterday with only minor headaches
but afterwards on the the test drive I got a CEL for my NOx sensor (2nd time in <6 months), tried to use VCDS to recalibrate and/or force a regen but 0/10 success
then today I rolled my rear passenger window down and it won't go back up
woe is me

IMO, until I get the Gigabyte/epyc stuff going, I can't hold them (properly, more than pci-e gen 2)
Here is a snippet of my power usage graph @ENTERPRISE

no backups, just a ton of drives(41), with a few parity. I can have 2-3 drives fail at the same time and be fine. not safe from fire/flood though

Youtube. And passmark for cpu.
Issue with youtube you need to figure if people are cpu bound or gpu bound in their test.
they're talking about folding@home.
its not the most accurate thing, but

This badge also appears to no longer be working for myself and a few others. Perhaps something to look into.

Damn, that's a lot of point at the end of this. @firedflyalone got over 3/4 of a billion points in just 4 days. It really shows how far things have come in the last 10 years. Back in 2013, you'd basically need a super computer to get that many in such a short amount of time. Now you can do that with a few off the shelf GPUs.
Also congrats to all of the prize winnter!
I thought about that myself, I was 'helping' on the F@H discord and it triggered some flashbacks of running 4-8 instances of SMP folding on windows xp. Just command prompt windows open and my parents wondering why my room was 90f
