Which delid tool did you use (rockitcool?) and how hot did you heat it up to?

Rockitcool kit, yes. Usually heat it up to 60-70c, just enough to help soften the adhesive border. It's not meant to soften the solder at that temp.

Always wondered if heating it was really better since a cold metal will break while a hot one will bend.
