It says Transfer Speed: 10Gbps for Type C/Type A Ports, 5Gbps for SD/TF Ports Seem to be plenty fast. I know mine was impressively fast with my sd card. And no sadly it can power the drive if it pluggued in my s22 ultra but the battery empty fast. And if i plug it in my Orange Pi5 it freeze the OS am using an old 240gb ssd via 5v now use ways less power so it run fine -
Ahh that make sense kinda like my sennheiser removable headphone cable. I got a 100$ amazon hub with multiple 4k 60hz output. Work great except the second type c power input is defective. So it only use the main type c as power can't power external hdd

Edit: was sure Dell hub had sd card slot but it seem not. Why a detachable cable? Some unit have multiple type c port and external power can feed the hub from those port sometime.

Am all in for 16k per eye VR headset I need to take a look online to see the highest res display for fun. We probably already have 16k display. Probably cost 500k

Just show that 8k is worthless haha. You cant see the difference between 4k and 8k. If it did running scalling at 200% on a 4k display would make a big difference like 1440p at 4k do.

@Andrew Saw a post about Renault car brand that already had a car with those battery ready for production. I can't tell if those a rumor or truth. if they can get a 20y battery life with at least 300-600 mile range it will be mile ahead of lithium. -

It get complicated pretty fast. But that was i was trying to says. If they all used the same api it would be ways easier for dev. I use VORPX in Beam NG sometime but the performance is pretty bad on my 6800xt. I wish i could try it with a 4090.

Only reason it on life support is because they are doing the same crap as they always do. They use multiple standard and so many different device. That the dev as to buy them all to make it work correctly. If they can make a standard Running envirronment or just use STEAM VR. And Make a standard design for headset with different display set but same controller. It would be easier for dev. My Quest 2 in wireless is awesome. Just wish it ran natively steam vr instead of META garbage.
