  1. So, in the end I cancelled my 5700xt. I had a lot of issues with a dead Vega 64 and I was unsure as to whether the card was faulty, or there was a really niche bug with AMD drivers and something else I was running (The issue was basically that I couldn't install any drivers). As such, I opted for the slightly more expensive 2070 Super. Luckily GSync is now compatible on my FreeSync monitor.
  2. Vega 64 was the same. The reference cooler prioritises sound to such a degree that the card will throttle itself.
  3. 1440p @ 155hz is the goal really. I would have stuck with my Vega 64 were it not so damn loud.
  4. I went for the Powercolor Red Devil one. Biggest cooler and meant to be the best noise/temps. I wouldn't ever go reference AMD again, the blower is crap. But, in terms of pricing, the 2070 Super was a good £50-£75 more... only the Founders Edition was close and that is always out of stock. I think it'll be a good decision in the end to be honest, not too concerned.
  5. I nearly went for the Sapphire Pulse, but in the end the extra £15 made the Powercolor Red Devil the winner for me. Better cooling and lower noise. That and game clocks increased too (although not really anything significant). Upgrading from a reference Vega 64 simply because it's too loud for me!

You say that... but I never had anything RGB until I recently installed a used Soundblaster AE-5 which has RGB... and it's actually pretty cool
