A thing that makes me go 'hmmm...': It's working the way you advertised it now. Hmmm... I did toggle the checkmarks/x's previously, but the page didn't auto-refresh in either browser so I didn't take note of that. Could be a derp moment on my part; I'll go back to my burrow.

Tried the following in both Chrome and Firefox. When I'm logged in, I only see the controls to enable/disable rigs and awards display; when I'm logged out, they both display fine. Also checked my preference settings to make sure nothing was set to hidden there. Lastly, ensured all blockers were disabled in both browsers to ensure they weren't causing the issues.
