Surprisingly that wasn't my issue, just windows update deciding that updating GPU driver just after i went to bed was a good idea and on daily apparently the hardware acceleration in steam/ integrated browser kept the GPU from actually boosting when folding while steam was updating games... So i can either fold at full power or update stuff, i thought that i might as well update some of my steam libary while the daily is on but computer says no -
