Hi, I've tried resetting the bios to defaults & resetting the gpu to the original bios & going with old 22.8.2 drivers & 23.11.1 drivers for AMD.  I even reinstalled windows & reinstalled the game.

System is 3700x 32gb rx 480 4gb.  I've had it working before the updates, idk why it's not launching.

This is what event viewer says...

I don't have this game or an AMD GPU, but judging from what I've seen on both Reddit and the Forza forums before it gets deleted, this does seem to be a super common issue since the latest update with AMD GPUs specifically. AFAIK, no one has been able to find a fix for this. It seems you just have to wait until the next update and hope that fixes it.

I had the same issue recently with a 6900XT.  Had to completely wipe any remnants of my drivers.  Also, resizeable bar is completely broken in this game after the latest patch.  Turned it off and it runs normally now.
