Cannot renew adverts

Hi, I have some adverts I'm trying to renew and it won't let me. I go to Marketplace -> My Renewals and it looks like this:

 

 

However, when I click on "renew now" it will ask if I'm sure and say yes/no, I click yes and I get this:

 

 

I don't know if this is a genuine bug or if I'm doing something wrong, but it would kind of be a PITA to have to remake these.

Unsure if this is a bug or a config issue. However unfortunately the developer of the Marketplace is no longer available and is no longer compatible with the forum platform software, so I have had to disable it completely. So until further notice the Marketplace is closed. I have made contact with the developer and will wait to hear back from them.
