Nvidia RTX 3090 Series Testing, What games would you like to see tested ?

To make you jump to 3K in hopes ? Not sure but I do know they will work hard on making the 2K series legacy as soon as possible as it was an inbetween beta project.

Not a game, but I want to see how made PPD one of these can get. A 3080 can get over 6 million PPD.

That was then, this now...somewhat related to a software business, I have well over 30 active GPUs here, 3/4 of them are NVidia, most in SLI / NVL All they have done now with this mGPU / CFR hostility is for us to step back from purchasing 3090s, though the models we want aren't even available yet, anyhow. 

 

Instead, let's see what AMD RDNA2 brings, and what's what with other upcoming NVidia Ampere products, assuming they don't manage to mangle the release of those, too. 

 

NVidia just doesn't like 2x 2080 Ti in CFR getting over 70 fps in 4K / Ultra and showing up 3090, IMO....too late...

Yeah we have on our list to test out what output can be had with a 3090, what I can say is that it will be insane. Considering the jump in Cuda Cores from the 3080 to the 3090 is a good tell.

Thanks for all the additional recommendations guys. We are still a little delayed on the sample we were going to work with for this roundup but we are hoping to get to it as soon as possible

Not much of an update, we are still intending to run these benches on the 3090 but as many of you are aware, stock supplies have been an issue, even for review samples.

 

Hopefully more news on this soon.
