  1. LOL I told ya!. I literally am going down that road right now with M40's. Need full risers. Try here for boards: https://www.newegg.com/p/pl?N=100007627 600239779&Order=1 You should look for a bifurcation card and see if the board is compatible. That is what I am trying to do with the threadripper and x399 board, but I can't seem to find a good card. I bought this mining rig chassis. I like it, but it was a serious * to put together. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Baseltek-6-GPU-Aluminum-Mining-Rig-Open-Air-Frame-Case/253476516175?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649 These: https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2047675.m570.l1313&_nkw=PCI+Express+bifurcated+Riser+x8x8&_sacat=0
  2. It's a good rationale. The problem is most pumps and their housings are usually stored in corners or wedged up against side panels, thus decreasing their ability to be cooled passively by case airflow.
  3. Would have seen it if it were there. This is what I see.
  4. It might no put out a lot of PPD, but if you CPU fold as well, you will meet the WU requirements.
  5. Right, but there is no where for me to upload content.
  6. Just curious. I don't see where I can add galleries or images. Am I overlooking it?
  7. Looking good. Let me know if you need any additional risers or anything BESIDES GPU's LOL I heard @Bastiaan_NL say he was going to donate one of his 3090's to the cause.
  8. Looks like an x79, I love those boards, Have one too.
  9. I'm confused as to why you would mention ebay fees on the marketplace here as they would not matter?
  10. Good question. Aside from aesthetics, distro/pump combos tend to have more restriction and weaker pumps. The usual EK stuff that conforms the the Lian Li OXD/XL series have older, weaker DDC 3.1 pumps witch need replacing or the user will suffer from decreased flow. Again, most veteran custom loop builders including myself are partial to tube/topper and multi-pump setups. If you are going to go res/pump, make sure it's a D5 or an upgraded DDC like the MPX.
  11. Thank you for the nod. You might want to edit EHW's team number here though :)
  12. Yea, it's a 1900x 8/16 TR. Not really sure I want to burn her like that, maybe when I put her on water in the caselabs TH10a with the 4x2080 Ti's this summer. All dependent on whether I can score a new card for the S8S in the computer room though.
  13. Pfft, i'm not the threat anymore. You guys with multiple 3090's are. The M40s and K80's did not pan out. Biggest issue was 16x extenders and Heat. They thermal throttled so hard! You better pray I don't find any 3 series cards for MSRP.
  14. No, FaT's are all about every last piece of tech we can get our grubby hands on to fold. The MOAR, the merrier.
