  1. Yea I suppose, no matter what I did, they were just disabled in the FaH client. I tried everything. I will try one last time to put them in a Threadripper build before selling the last 3 cards. The K80 and M40 drivers are the same ones. I even downloaded the separate CUDA drivers to no avail.
  2. No, don't do K80's I bought 5 and regret it, they are going back up for sale. Could not get them to fold or mine worth a damn. The mining rig on the left has 3 k80s in it. If it's folding you want, then I promise you want M40's. 1 million PPD. the K80's maybe around 300k @300w
  3. If you do end up getting any you WILL need this adapter cable. Maybe not 20 of them. Tesla have CPU pin-out 8 pin plugs, not PCI-e plugs. https://www.ebay.com/itm/20PCS-NVIDIA-dual-8-to-8-Power-Adapter-Cable-Tesla-K80-M40-Grid-M60-P40-P100-GPU-/324334745617
  4. Try these guys maybe you can pay extra for int shipping if you buy a few https://www.ebay.com/itm/900-2G600-0000-001-NVIDIA-TESLA-M40-PG600-12GB-GDDR-GPU-/133496352855
  5. This one doesn't specifically say no international shipping. The one for 119 did though. https://www.ebay.com/p/28037114145
  6. If you don't mind the power consumption (250w) there are Tesla M40's on ebay for 119$ plus shipping that put out about 1 million PPD. You will need 2xPCI-e to 1x CPU splitter cables. Really eats up PCI-e PSU slots. I have to use a 1600w AND a 1000w for 5 of them just to have enough PCI-e plugs for them all. They don't use nearly that much.
  7. Ha! no, no unsuccessful runs.
  8. I also just realized that the new X399 I bought is 3-way SLI and the current zenith extreme is quad and support bifurcation. So I might be sending it back and praying that the board was fine, but rather the 1900x was causing me trouble.
  9. Well I bit and choked on the bullet. These looked like the best options out there (German made) 100 a pop.
  10. Best value/performance your money can buy ATM.
  11. New SuperFlower 1600w Titanium and SF 1000w Platinum unboxing. Very well put together.
  12. First setup as a mining rig. It did not work as expected.
  13. M40's and 16x risers. If you go down this route, make sure you get longer risers, at least 40cm.
  14. Up close of the M40 folding rig. Fan was broken on the GPU that I shoved the probe into. It has since been fixed and the probe stays about 55c with 100% utilization.
  15. Acool rad collection. Most are new awaiting the Caselabs TH10a Build.
  16. Finally got all my crap organized. I have more * than I can possibly use. If you see anything in this picture you might need, make me an offer.
  17. Left 3x Tesla K80's, right 4x Tesla M40's. Bought as mining experiment, K80's didn't even work, M40's only put out 3 MH/s each. So scrapped and converted into folding rig until better more power efficient cards could be purchased at reasonable prices. The rig on the right will do 4.2 million ppd, about on par with 1660's. Under the noctua is a x399 with 1900x. Left is a delidded 8700k and Asus z390-A.
  18. Swiftech 90's, Bykski anti-off 12mm and 16mm extra fittings.
  19. BP 90 degree rotaries and 90 degree normal fittings. EK extra fittings to the right have since been sold.
  20. 45 degree fittings. EK and Swiftech.
  21. The Behemoth Caselabs TH10a. Future home of my consolidated 4x 2080Ti x399 2950x mining/folding rig. This project will be my next one and is on hold till the summer when my son can help and i'll hopefully have found a 3 series card to go in the office rig.
  22. Folding rig setup and in action. Commenting on this made me realize I need to move the NVlink to the office for actual usage.
