Interesting. Albeit I have only ever owned one laptop and it was a IBM Thinkpad 360 (486 CPU). Only things I ever knew people upgraded on laptops were RAM and storage. My how things have changed, but I guess it makes sense. I'm sure the guy who filed the suit is a boomer. -

Whelp. 1 card dead. MOBO won't boot following a windows update. I'm pretty much out of options here and honestly don't have the will to keep this going right now. I am going to have to take it apart to figure out what is going on and if I do, it's not going back in that case. It's pretty and big, but it is not build friendly at all. Getting socket power light and a flashing BMC_LED, just wont power on.

Whelp, I called it. Apparently some coolant got in the first WC Tesla and it caught fire when I powered on. Also, strangely the D1 slot is not registering RAM, though coolant did not hit that side of the board. Tesla #1 Date of death - 06/06/21 Time of death - 1405 Cause of death - Fire R.I.P. -
Sorry to say not much progress on getting a card running, had a LARGE coolant leak last night all over the WC board, was my fault. So I'll need to let it dry and do periodic heat guns. Also the newest 1000w PSU was faulty and sent it back to newegg this morning. I hope my sacrifices have pleased Kevdog.

That is usually driver related. Though, Stanford may not have caught up to it, I mean it just came out and bat s*** crazy people are already trying to fold on it. Is it seen in GPU-z? I can't tell you how many headaches I have had trying to get multiple drivers (GeForce/Tesla) working on the same system.
