While I'll be sticking with my 5950X, the 12th gen Intel offerings do look interesting. This is the only ram I can find in stock atm for $340 CDN. Since I hope to see my MB ship next week I kinda don't have a choice but to grab it since who knows if or when anymore will be in stock. I do plan on replacing it first chance something decent comes out but my question is how bad do you think it'll be? I've never heard of the brand so I'm not expecting great things. Comes with PMIC and ECC for some reason as well.

The Washington Post’s Mensa invitational once again asked readers to take any word from the dictionary, alter it by adding, subtracting, or changing one letter, and supply a new definition. Ignoranus : A person who’s both stupid and an @sshole. Intaxication : Euphoria at getting a tax refund, which lasts until you realize it was your money to start with. Reintarnation : Coming back to life as a hillbilly. Bozone (n.): The substance surrounding stupid people that stops bright ideas from penetrating. The bozone layer, unfortunately, shows little sign of breaking down in the near future. Foreploy : Any misrepresentation about yourself for the purpose of getting laid. Giraffiti : Vandalism spray-painted very, very high. Sarchasm : The gulf between the author of sarcastic wit and the person who doesn’t get it. Caterpallor ( n.): The color you turn after finding half a worm in the fruit you’re eating. ^purdy. I thought about going with the Foundation block for my 5950, but opted for the TechN instead. Only because it's supposed to be slightly better per anecdotal input I've read from others.

I had my eyes on the Acoustic Energy AE1s to replace some old, beat up Bose desktop speakers for quite some time now, but decided to order these instead. May also get a sub depending on how these work out as nearfields:
