  1. ok just finally got the Foxconn Destroyer iGPU run to work and ran 3DMark03.  First run is 3879  Looks like uploading validation is broken or I have to update some thing to get it to validate.

I'll try to get it to validate if I can and I'll try to run it at a bigger resolution so I can get it all to fit on the screen

  2. ok got it submitted.  now to read the foxconn destroyer manual.  it's not posting 😕  worse case scenario i use one of the other two destroyer boards 😉  using a 5400+ x2 to start and once all is well i'll drop the ph ii x4 940 BE in the board.

Edit:  I tried two different mobo's with two different x2 5400+ cpu's and not post on either one.  Then I tried the Ph ii X4 940 BE and it would not post either.  It took pulling all the ram and finding a slot that would allow it to post with just one ram stick installed.  Ram want's 2.1v but bios default is 1.8v.  So once I got into bios and changed the dram voltage to 2.1 I was able to post to 4x ram sticks.

taking a break to look at my whirlpool front load dryer.  It's making a squealing noise and I think it could be the belt idler pulley or one of the other two idler wheels.  Hopefully it's not the felt around the drum rubbing on the chassis.  Ok enough extreme dryer talk 😜

  3. sorry to be such a newb but more questions.

not sure how to enter the HDD.  it is a sata drive but not sure if I should enter as ide or ahci?

can y'all look over the screen shot below and tell me if there are any needed changes prior to submitting the entry?

Regarding the mobo.  I don't have the UT box or it does not say UT on my box packaging but HWBot does not have just the plain NF4 SLI DR option  Is it ok to enter is as the UT variant?

Also ram speed.  200 or 400?

    cinebench 11.5 HWBot submit screen.jpg

  4. OK I'll submit that last screen shot then.

I made the cinebench window as small as possible with out cutting off any of the rendered images and still showing the info below the rendered images.

ON to get this Foxconn Destroyer to booting and submitting a iGPU score.

  5. I"M at 1920x1080 with 100% dpi scaling.  Not sure what to do in order to get it all to fit on the screen.

Below I overlapped the cpuz tabs to get the 3 to fit on the screen.  Is this acceptable?

EDIT:  I just read the rules for cinebench 11.5 and it says cpuz 1.96 or newer is required.  I had ver 1.79.  Downloaded ver 2.02 and will save another screen shot with the cpuz ver 2.02

    Cinebench 11.5 Run #1.1.jpg

  6. I put the memory tab inside the cinebench 11.5 screen.  Is that not allowed? I'll have to change the resolution again to fit 3 or 4 cpuz screenshots on the screen with cinebench 11.5.

Other thing is I don't see any option for uploading for validation from the cinebench 11.5 app.  Does it need to be validated with a url link or just the screen shot will do?

  7. Thank you ENTERPRISE.  When comparing the stepping code of my cpuz cpu capture they don't have the same code.

    Thank you Avacado,

If it was a snake it would have bit me 😕

venice is exactly what it says in the cpuz..  I'll add the cpuz screen for memory spd then post the screen shot here to double check prior to submitting.

  8. Ok I'm off to bed now after this run.  all stock pretty much.  The cpu is delided and I don't know where the lid is.  HWBot is asking questions about the cpu in the drop down menu like Manchester clawhammer newcastle etc.  I don't have a clue.  Maybe some one that knows more about these cpu's can figure it out from the cpuz screen shot???

  9. Well it only "air quotes" took me 3 days and nights to get the DFI NF4 SLI DR set up and able to boot into windows with drivers that'll allow me to download stuff with sound and it's a good feeling to be past the difficult part of getting it running for this competition 😕  I think I'll leave it set up this time.  Besides I need a decent legacy PC for things like Floppy drive etc etc etc.

  11. I just submitted the first IGPU run from the MSI NF980-G65 onboard gpu " it's kind of sad but 3rd globally out of 15 🙂 " and for some reason it does not show up on the main competition page.  See pic below to see what I am talking about.

The 3D mark 06 runs at a staggering 2 FPS.  I'm wondering if my bios settings are all off.  Oh yeah and I'm using 4x2Gb sticks of ram with the Ph II X4 955 BE thinking if I pull 2 sticks of ram I may be able to drop the refresh from 2T to 1T IDK.  I'm not the best at setting systems up and overclocking so it is what it is.  I just like it when I systems work LOL.

Any way got another score up if it counts.  I think I'll play with the ram and timings to see if I can get the score a little higher.

Oh yeah also not sure why but the GPU ram is low like 128MB or something like that.  I enabled 512MB in the bios not sure why it's so low.

  12. Ok got the MSI NF980-G65 booted into windows on the IGPU I hope it counts with onboard Mobo/GPU

Edit #1:  Ok got drivers installed for the 8200M IGUP and 3DMark06 installed "thank you Pook" and ran it to see what would happen.  I had the side of my case off and fans on low.  I saw like 1-5fps and then it froze on a black screen when the app was changing tests.  I quickly turned the fans on high settings " antec 900 has dip switches " and put the side cover on and after about a minute the system cooled down enough to continue the run.  It was not great let me tell you " rollie eyes " but while doing this I remembered one of my late brothers, the oldest that lived with me bequeathed an ASUS Lapi with a GTX 770 iirc so I may have to play with that to see if I can get it entered as an IGPU.  Not sure it that counts if the gpu can be switched out.  Have been wondering that for a while now if the gpu can be switched on in that lapi.  It's one of the ASUS Gaming lap tops.

Ok back to what I was saying.  the 8200M mbo gpu socored a 1303 😕  but hey points are points right?

  13. I just submitted the 1080 Ti for HWBOT Team CUP 2022 - NVIDIA GPU - Geekbench5 - Compute brought us up a tid bit.

I'll try to get the DDR2 and DDR3 IGPU's submitted next then move on to 939 stuff.

  14. Looking at all the scores we posted up so far shows we have some areas not being filled out.

    1x entries: HWBOT Team CUP 2022 - IGPU - 3DMark03

    2x entries: HWBOT Team CUP 2022 - IGPU - 3DMark - Wild Life Extreme

    2x of 4x entries: HWBOT Team CUP 2022 - IGPU - 3DMark06

I think I see part of the problem.  Some of these benchmarks are not free or even free to try from what I can see.  For example I went to download the 3DMark Wild Life Extreme but it looks like you can only get it bundled in a bench marking suit for $30.00 😕

Think I can run the IGPU entries on a Foxconn Destroyer DDR2 and MSI NF980-G65 DDR3.

Finally started moving ahead; running Blitz Part II through what needs it at the moment, include 30 feet of new Tygon. Once I'm done with that, I'll run distilled a few times though that loop, then rebuild the bench and test the 2080ti on air to make sure it'll work. If that goes well, I'll add the block to the 2080ti, get it up and running, then start to the runs for the competition.

I love that back drop.  Makes me think I should put up a bunch of my old mobo's like the DFI Expert, Venus, GPU's and dead PSU's etc etc On the Game Room Wall.  I Like it 🙂

Maybe he never really wanted to buy it, maybe he still doesn't really want to. Given how this has gone so far, until he actually does buy twitter the deal still seems up in the air. Not that I really care either way. I'd actually prefer that he not buy it simply because he doesn't seem like the right kind of person that values value free speech, but we'll see I guess.

I thought that was the whole reason behind why he wanted to buy it.  To ensure free speech on that platform.

  17. This is the first time hearing about this game.  I know I live under a rock.  Any way I watched this video about the game play and it reminded me of a lot of games over the years going as far back as Delta Force Black Hawk down, BF2, Far Cry 1 and others, Crysis etc.  The scenes is what reminds me of those other games.  I'll have to look into this a bit more to see if I would enjoy playing it and if it's worth cost of entry for me.  I'm super cheap when it comes to games.

  18. I pulled out the DFI NF4-SLI-DR and put the OCZ Platinum DDR400 in the yellow slots with the single core Athlon 3500+ ready to boot up and make some scores until others are able to beat it.
