i recently got a CR touch and updated the firmware accordingly, i'm on a 4.2.7 silent board

 

i must have manually bed levelled about 5 times, run an auto level, then set the Z offset to where it just grabs on a piece of paper.

 

i have consistent issues with the extruder grinding filament. ive go no idea why.
