Delided my 12900KS, what can I use to remove the black silicone?

CPU delid is complete, im just trying to remove the black silicone that sealed the perimeter of the IHS to the substrate and using 91% alchol and this damn wood scrapper that rockitcool ships with their delids kits is just taking for damn ever.  Anyone have any pro tips for removing this stuff?  Be much appreciated.  Heres a pic to show you what i mean

A razor or similar sharp flat edge should work fine. You don't need to remove all of it, just enough to make sure the heat spreader doesn't rest on it.

Yea, NO. Don't use a razorblade. Get some acetone and saturate. Use a plastic TIM spreader and apply some pressure, it should come right off.

It work with sharp blade but you risk damaging the pcb or die and killing the cpu with just one bad move.

Did that with my 4790k because i had nothing else though.

I might have done mine with a sharp blade too, just don't tell @Avacado I did

 

But it works fine with acetone and a tim spreader like he said, that's what I did on the more expensive CPU instead of risking it with a blade.
It's better to be safe with a chip like that, it's cheaper to spend an hour cleaning than messing it up and having to pay for a new one
