Acer is reportedly laying the groundwork to fully enter the discrete GPU business with their Predator series. The company has thus far only launched two desktop cards for the DIY (retail) market: the A770 16GB Predator BiFrost and A380 Predator, both based on Intel Arc Alchemist GPUs.

It is reported that Acer鈥檚 plans will not stop at Intel. The company has made preparations of their production lines to start making AMD GPUs, however it is not stated which models exactly. Said products are to be released in 2023, but again the original report lacks details when would that happen exactly.
