Benchmarking: Superposition 4K and 8K

Yeah Beregond's says the same thing and he has the same FE so idk what's up with them.

I have to assume the difference here (score wise) came down to the 5800X3D over the 5900X if all other things are the same.

...yeah, I noticed that. It must be a vbios thing. On my cards below, it correctly identifies the 'GPU model type', but the Asus 3090 is actually running the EVGA KingPin 520 vbios while the Giga-G-OC 4090 is running the Galax HoF vbios.

I was just telling a guy how it will be so interesting seeing 7950x vs 7950x3d.  Pure clock speed vs pure cache apples to apples.   5800x was barely higher clocked than 5800x3d so meh.  But I'll run the test on it all when I get it with the same card.  I'm not upgrading the GPU for a while, works great as is.

Well, there always is something new round the corner - it is how the industry functions. For example, I posted the vid below yesterday in News/rumour mill but it disappeared from that segment...anyway, some of the Unreal 5 engine and related tech looks awesome.
