@CerberusLameXP can't convert to DTS, it doesn't have the encoder & I have no idea how to use Hybrid to convert FLAC 5.1 to DTS 5.1.  Can you help?

Well it turns out there are a lot of softwares out there that easily convert to DTS, but for some reason my receiver isn't passing thru DTS 16bit 1536kbps and maybe it supports 24bit over SPDIF, idk?  LG BH6720S.

 

I'm using Wonderfox HD Video Converter Factory Pro for use of converting any audio format nearly to DTS 5.1 16bit.
