The latest one was made with the V-Color Manta Xfinity RGB DDR5 memory on the Gigabyte Z890 AORUS Tachyon ICE motherboard. Hicookie used the Intel Core Ultra 9 285K and liquid nitrogen-cooled single 24 GB memory module to achieve a memory frequency of 6363 MHz or 12726 MT/s. This replaces the previous world record by Splave, who pushed a G.Skill Trident Z5 memory to 12698 MT/s.

In another memory overclocking attempt, overclocker Hicookie managed to break all the existing DDR5 records by hitting over 12700 MT/s.
