EVGA very recently locked their forums to read-only, so you'll likely see a few of us come over from there. I've had an account here for a while, but rarely used it.. at least until now.

 

This is my EVGA forum sidebar. Nostalgia for me after almost 16 years.

So sad about EVGA. Things immediately took a bad turn in the world of PC enthusiasts the moment they walked off the stage, and I do not ever expect things to be as good as they were when they were disrupting status quo with their overclocker-focused world-leading motherboards and video cards. They had no match in terms of product or service delivery excellence, and probably never will.

Totally... very sad. Sort of lost a lot of my enthusiasm because there's really nobody else quite like EVGA. Still, trying to get my hands on a 5090 of any sort has been next to impossible so far.

The industry serving PC enthusiasts has basically become nothing more than an organized crime ring that have extortion and collusion as their unspoken core values.

Along with the performance, I miss their b stock page. Being able to find refurbished warrantied products right in one place was awesome. The closest thing now I've found is Zotac's page for refurbs.

Lol it was fun staying up till 3am to see the midweek madness price drops on B-stock. 

 

Very sad to see EVGA out of the game. I always had the least amount of issues with their products and the very few instances I needed to deal with customer support, it was the best of any of the manufactures I've dealt with.

 

Obviously, we'll welcome anybody from the EVGA forums with open arms. Things are a little slow over here currently, but we're trying to keep the forum experience alive.

Talk about timing, wife tossed me a shirt to change into cause she was doing laundry. It was my EVGA  GEFORCE  RTX  Shirt I won entering the drawing. Ended up with 2 of them.
