Hi my Microsoft Surface 3 doesn't do anything when pressing the Windows button on the tablet except vibrate & the power button does nothing & cannot wake it back up properly.

 

I got some driver issues.

 

I need to make it so when I press the power the screen turns off and no touches will turn it back on & when I press the power with screen off, the screen turns back on again (locked).
