Should developers be open to class action lawsuits for releasing broken products?

1. When a developer releases a game on consoles that are already out prior to release and the game requires weeks (or longer) of "fixes" to become playable without crashing the equipment,should the developer be open to a lawsuit for breach of contract? The License when we purchase a game is a contract,they should have to meet requirements also.(like playability)

Depends. If it's releasing on a half dozen different platforms @ once I can understand a glitch or two as long as they're fixed within 24hrs of being reported.0

NO! They're working to bring a game to mutiple platforms and don't have time to test them all before launch.0
