  1. Hello all! I've decided to add my one case mod to EHW. This was a project that I completed in January 2017. The intention was to build a high-airflow, sleek, and portable gaming rig. I was inspired by a few other owners of this case to perform this mod, and now I am left with the ultimate portable LAN Box.

This build was one of those cases of falling in love with a specific computer part, despite there being many inherent flaws. In this case, it was the Lian Li PC-TU 100. The case is a small portable machine, but suffers from highly restrictive airflow, GPU overheating issues, and lack of clearance for a decent CPU cooler due to the PSU mounting location. So this mod was all about correcting those issues!

  2. And, now we know that AMD Ryzen Threadripper 3000 processors will be launching in November 2019. We don't know exactly how many Threadripper processors will be coming out in November or their specs, but we do at least know the HEDT platform will be premiering with 24 cores at the start.

There will surely be plenty of new information coming out about AMD Ryzen Threadripper 3000 chips over the next few months – so, be sure to keep this page bookmarked, and we'll keep it updated with all the latest Threadripper news.

    Cut to the chase:

What is it? AMD’s next line of HEDT processors

When is it out? November 2019

    What will it cost? TBD

I know I am posting this a couple weeks late, but I for one am super excited for more threadripper in my life.

  3. Some of the pros and cons in the list are a bit scattered IMO.

Looking at the Area-51M, "Cons: Extremely Pricey" @$1999.99.

Vs the m15 R2, "Cons: No mention of price" @$3129.99

While I do agree with some of these recommendations, it almost seems like they took a shotgun shells worth of random laptops and slapped them in a list.

Also, though I appreciate the fact that laptops can run 240 Hz these days, it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me on a laptop.

    Thanks for posting E :thumbs_thumbsupup:

  4. Banne cuz coffee tiem.

banned cuz i went from coding for the govt at my first internship to coding for a massive corporation for my second and i dont know if its an improvement

Banned cuz who knows, is the work better? lol

    Banned because nice excuse lmoa.

Also banning @ENTERPRISE for trying to recruit programmers lmoa, can't recruit me because I don't do web development either, but if you need something more raspberry pi or SBC-related, I'm all ears possibly lmoa

Banned cuz no. I don't trust you. :buttkick:

  5. Checking in with my ATH-M50x, beloved M-Audio Studiophile Q40, and recently acquired HE-400. And of course, the classic Fiio E10.

Oh, and I actually have some earphones worth mentioning for once. Massdrop x Nuforce EDCs. Only $60, by my measly earphone standards they sound fantastic, and with Comply tips, they're really comfy and don't budge.

I'll get ya added Soonâ„¢. Probably tonight or tomorrow lol.

    EDIT: Added :thumbs_thumbsupup:

  6.

I'm with you 100%. As pretentious as it sounds, I'm only happy with fully unedited, interior cam lap recordings. Manufacturers are so eager to do most anything, honest or dishonest, to improve their lap time that I've become super skeptical.

I guess that further justifies my obsession with the FK8 lol

Speaking of which, I stopped by that dealership that had the red FK8 I was looking at. They sold it last week..
