Welcome fam! Cool GTX was a great help in our annual folding competition we had back in March. We are currently planning the next event which should take place in February. Let us know if you need anything. Would you be willing to expand on "EVGA is ending itself"? This will help me to know if I need to expedite the mass driver downloads from their site to my NAS for all the EVGA tech I have.

If it's a windows computer, you can create him a Microsoft account and lock that down pretty well. Has allowable screen time, age restrictions and parent reports for activity. Shouldn't be hard to do given that you already locked down the Xbox
