  1. Sorry to hear that. Does this also happen with other web browsers?
  2. I am sure you'll be fine with anything older than 12th gen as far as BCLK/Multi OC. Do be aware that only certain boards provide the ability on the 12th gen (Require add-in clock generator). I went through 2 before finding one that actually could (MSI ACE, ASUS Strix). Neither of the boards had that ability. I know me and @Bastiaan_NL have both done work on non-K variant FSB OCing (G7400/12100f/12400). This article might help https://www.hwcooling.net/en/overclocking-65w-alder-lake-processors-which-boards-can-do-it/
  3. Yea, their default shipping is FedEx and it's fast. I usually get my packages within 2 business days from FL to NC.
  4. Only certain boards can BCLK OC. Need a $500 board minimum. Unify-x, Apex, Hero, etc... Might as well wait for z790.
  5. I almost had a heart attack when I saw the case. I thought it was one of my favorites (Antec 900).
  6. The D-15 is still a beast. 220w TDP. The cooler Master 360 ML has a 280 TDP, so The 12600k has a 150w TDP at 4.9GHz.
  7. 72-126-126-126. Is it really worth it at that point? I knew this milestone was coming though. Still, makes me shed a happy tear when I read about this kind of stuff on the board I run.
  8. You can add saved/cropped images to the gallery as well. They do not have to be your own images. If you need help with how to that or create galleries, shoot me a pm. Also, something E told me awhile back. Don't pay attention to the "Readability" too hard. Just get the words down and make your edits. He will help you on the back end editing your final.
  9. 2 things of note. If you clicked "Rushed Order", make sure you get your money back as it went past that deadline. Also check your rewards (Points) balance as I often have to remind them of the points i'm owed.
  10. They can, but you will need to reach out to sales. The fastest way is via the online chat box. response is within minutes. All orders are shipped together unless you specifically state otherwise. It could incur additional shipping costs.
  11. You can send an email into their modshop and they usually respond very fast to find out about the delay. Had recent correspondence with them over that modded front panel for the O11D-XL. They were extremely helpful. [email protected]
  12. Solar for the house. Because F@H should benefit humanity and be free.
  13. 6400 at 1.4v with CL 32 Hynix IC's is interesting. Could probably hit 7 GHz on air with up to 1.6v.
  14. Not if it puts you outside of your budget. A budget is a limit you set yourself for a reason. You should highly consider yours or the next thing you'll know you'll be a HWBot addict looking for another fix like Bastiaan and I.
  15. Ok, so the build is apart. What does a man do with 3 Nforce 790i ultra boards and 5 QX6850s? He removes the retention bracket on a board and delids a CPU to test if direct die on an LGA 775 is possible of course! I did damage the pcb on the chip while delidding. I don't know yet if it effected the function. The conformal coating is what you see fluorescing under UV lighting. The metal bracket on the mobo will most certainly require delicate dremmeling. Shouldn't be hard at all right? If anyone is wondering, THIS is the conformal coating I am using. It is highly toxic, so if you decide to get it please use gloves, mask and proper ventilation. It really helps being able to UV fluoresce contact points on a pcb.
  16. Yea, he's in New Zealand and stated he needed integrated graphics which ruled out the KF. He could have saved $50 on his site of choice by going that route.
  17. As long as it's low, it really doesn't matter where. Use a datavac to facilitate drainage. I usually have multiple extra lengths of soft tubing with a fitting to attach to fill ports after gravity drainage to then use the datavac.
  18. I just don't see any room for bare die with this gen (Using already owned blocks). The die is so small in height that it doesn't protrude high enough to make contact with a WB past a mounting mechanism. I wager to actually be able to do bare die, you would need to shave the actual socket. I'm not saying it isn't possible, but it's going to require advanced mounting techniques and won't be for the faint of heart. If I ever disassemble the office rig, I would love to see if the NCore V2 block would fit bare die.
  19. Couldn't wait for German Engineering. I like Thermalright anyway. Have one of their low profile copper heatsinks cooling the NAS and it's fantastic. 20. Any of the 360 AIO's from your site should be decent. I would tend to go with Cooler Master or NZXT versions as I don't like to recommend things that I haven't actually used myself. They are both solid and should be sufficient for a 12600k not being pushed too hard. They are in the range of $300. As far as storage, getting a 2TB NVME would probably put you out of budget. The selection on the site is somewhat limited. The Samsung here is hard to beat considering alternative choices Buy the Samsung 980 Pro 1TB NVMe PCIe 4.0 M.2 SSD Read up to 7000MB/s, Write... I have quite a few of them. You could pair it with the NVME to achieve your 2TB requirement. https://www.pbtech.co.nz/product/HDDCRU30600/Crucial-MX500-1TB-25-inch-SSD-560MBs-reading--510M
  21. Hello and welcome to the forums! The news section probably isn't the best place to get upgrade advice. Consider making your own thread within the GPU subsection of the forums and we would be glad to help. Please also list your current system, intended usage and budget for upgrading.
  22. Looking fantastic! I love the black/gold theme. Reminds me of my Army days I am a huge fan (pun intended) of the SW3's as well. I run quite a few and their performance and looks are bar none. Shot from the rear of the test bench.
