  1. Very nice, was this on the Z690 Dark or the Z790 Apex?
  2. Its EK. I am not sure you can use "machine" and "quality" in the same sentence with them.
  3. Oh I was referring to the source of this "news". If this is a Z790 board, then what the heck is this thing:
  4. Is that an AI image? Its like the Intel 115x/1200 LGA latch with an AM4 CPU lol.
  5. Man that's lame. I need to get some time to throw my DCUII OC and my EVGA up on the bench and see what they do. So far from what I've heard from you and Basti, the DCUII's are a dud.
  6. It looks like its still a 560 non-Ti, I think @damric was saying it was advertised as a Top model, but is in fact only an OC model DCUII, so probably overpayed for it.
  7. They did an Alan Wake II? Nice, I enjoyed the first one. As for Cyberpunk, I've yet to really play it past the tutorials, so will probably try a new game here now that they have their new update. Not going to pick up the DLC yet though.
  8. Didn't realize there was a thread for Cooler Master. I picked up a Masterframe 700 and am using it in test bench mode as my test bench. Overall happy with it, with some minor gripes. The CPU backplate cutout is not place correctly for any board I have used on it. Also, the wings on the sides for fan/radiator mounting are so thick that the screws that came with the radiators were actually too short to mount the rads onto the wings. Outside of that, the instructions weren't really layed out the best, or descriptive of which screws to use in some areas as some of the screw types included look similar. But I got it all working and am overall pretty happy with it.
  9. From what I heard, that's the only time you should run the manual pixel cleaning (the one that takes an hour) is if you identify issues like that. If I recall the C1 does a mini refresh every 4 hours of cumulative use when it goes on standby and a full one every 2000 hours. I'll have to look into that because aside from stepping away for say 15-20 minutes sometimes (where the LG screen saver comes on) I usually turn the screen off so I wonder if its not doing the mini cleanings/refreshes.
  10. Is there some sort of screen or something you are using to identify stuck pixels (or any signs of burn in) where its all one color or something?
  11. Haha I'm glad I wasn't the only one to spot those.
  12. There were tons of scam Tops on eBay that were OC's if you look at the sticker on the back of the card. Definitely let us know though.
  13. Did you manage to get a Top? I ended up with a DCUII OC and an EVGA DS SSC. I wanted a Zotac AMP!, but I don't think they exist.
  14. Game soundtracks again. Some samples:
  15. Honestly Morrowind is kinda jarring to go back to these days. That old D&D hit/miss combat system which in early levels just looks like me swinging at air a lot.
  16. Nice! Yeah I had to get some new thermal pads as well for mine as the waterblock ended up being used and missing pads and half of the screws. They had an SLI category for 600-series for Nvidia and Crossfire for Barts I think on AMD for Team Cup. I never got a chance to run my 650 Ti Boosts. We already had 3 subs that were going to be better than those, so I opted to focus on the Titan X and 275 subs.
  17. I prefer to store dry as it becomes one less thing to worry about from a timing perspective if the rad ends up sitting way longer than you intended. I had an unused rad sitting in my closet for 8 years and only finally got to using it recently. Story there is it didn't fit my original intended use for it when I bought it. Definitely cap it even if dry and then when you are ready to use, clean again. I'm a big fan of Mayhems Blitz kits. Some prefer just flushing hooked up to a sink, or doing something more homemade with vinegar and baking soda. But yeah, stored dry and capped, you can store pretty much indefinitely. I never thought to try a heat gun @Avacado - that's a great idea. I usually just blow my data vac into it to blow out all the water.
  18. I didn't even realize. When I looked before subbing, I only saw 2 (Basti's Titan and Avocado's Xp). I think yours must have gotten thrown out before I even went to sub anything.
