    Knowing a few people myself who are Russian (not from Russia though), I just hope the regular people living in and about areas like the US, UK, etc. are not facing issues due to what Putin is doing. I do feel for the Russian people in that regard. Like they are kinda laying low and are not at all a fan of what's happening. So as an aside, how was that process? I was thinking about doing one of these so I can figure out what all I am instead of just the half Spanish half Welsh I tell everyone when the topic comes up (based on Mom and Dad's sides).

    I am interested in doing an article on the different types of cooling. Admittedly, I am not a writer, however it is a topic I think I could speak to and I would take the time to run through drafts and edits to get the flow right. I will preface that I do not know anything about more exotic types like LN2 or peltier, but having been custom loop cooling for over 10 years now, could definitely cover the topics you listed, E. I'll send a PM your way.

    I filled up my gas tank yesterday. It was $4.10 a gallon. The last time I saw 87 above $4 was probably 2008ish.

    This was purchased from Newegg for $299.99 on 1/27/21. Happy to ship to any of the lower 48 states. Asking for $220 $200 shipped. I'll pay for the ground shipping, we can work out which carrier works best for you. Due to putting PC build on hiatus all of last year, I ended up not using this 5600X and opted to get a 5900X instead. The 5600X was never opened, so remains sealed in box w/ included Wraith Stealth cooler. Storage was in a cool, dry parts closet. EDIT: Dropping price to $200 reflecting new retail pricing I see.

    UPS marked this "delivered" 90 minutes before actually delivering it. I was starting to try to initiate a replacement when it showed up. I guess it did show up and that's the important part.

    @ENTERPRISE - I want to put up my 5600X for sale, but I am confused by this form. When it is asking for the price of the shipping options, is that for if I am asking the buyer to pay shipping? Like put in $20 for the "Shipment value" field if buyer pays, or put in 0 if I am paying as part of the price shipped? (Like if I ask for $220 shipped).

    Lol at Redbull Fridge. I like my EK pump/res I have now, but if I look at getting a new unit in the future, will definitely be looking at an Aquacomputer.

    I agree with @Avacado. To break it down, I am going to assume Corsair radiators, Corsair pump/res, Corsair blocks, and then probably EK fittings, Cry o' fuel, and ZMT. If not that, then I'd guess EK blocks, Corsair rads and could go either way for tubing, pump, res. All to say, some combo of Corsair and EK. EDIT: I went ahead and looked. LOL.

    The one here in Denver is about 30 minutes from me with no traffic. Probably more like 40-45 mins in typical traffic. Not a place I'd go on the daily, but not too far away that I won't go there if I need to. They've saved my ass on more than one occasion. My only problem with them is where they put the store, they are in a high sales tax area, so it sometimes negates deals vs. just buying online...depending on if the online shop charges tax or not. I've noticed some do, some don't...and then of course shipping.

    I thought about waiting, but ultimately, I share the same concerns over the heat dissipation and frankly I wanted a 5900X version.

    Snagged a 5900X. Between credit card rewards and the coupon code will work out to $375 and planning on selling my unopened 5600X for whatever I can get for it.

    I'm glad people here still have the means to support "the pursuit of performance" or "pushing it to the limit". I for one am absolutely disgusted at the state of the PC hardware market. An $830 motherboard apparently is ok because there is a $2k motherboard out there. Oh yeah ok, guess $830 is cheap, great deal! Big yikes. Forgive my rant, just my feeling right now.
