  1. I did check out the Pixel range but didn't fine the spec to price ratio that enticing. I did however find the Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro 5G which is a little more expensive, but for the price is an impressive spec : https://www.google.com/amp/s/m.gsmarena.com/xiaomi_mi_10t_pro_5g-ampp-10437.php
  2. I tell you what, that cloud platform will need to be hella secure. Considering that the cloud platform...so basically the internet has access at a hardware level to your PC would in my mind be fairly catastrophic if there was a breach of some form. That is the main drawback for me.
  3. If I were to go AMD this time round, for me it would be the 6900XT only. Though while RT is not a huge factor (though nice to have) I have to also think about the other media type implications where Nvidia does excel at...and very well. I do not think the pricing is too bad, though to make it more attractive for those to whom RT is more important, a reduction in price may have won more people over. With the 6900XT coming in at an estimated $999, we will see how it performs against the $1500+ Nvidia counterpart (3090)
  4. That sucks to hear but seems to be a common thing with battery replacements.
  5. Been watching the reviews on the 6800XT I think I am still going to have to go Nvidia this round, good rasterization but still lacking badly in so many other areas including RT, but we expected that as it is their first go at it. The issue for me is the lack of feature support on AMD's side (Video encoding, DLSS, Lack of CL support compared to CUDA)
  6. Yeah I have noticed that you can pick them up fairly cheap at times. Just not sure I would REALLY use one.
  7. Oh really ? Surprising it is not released there yet. Yeah not looking to spend much, not as much as usual as I don't need a mega phone, just something to last a few years. Oh...but not worth it if I don't get the helicopter.
  8. Will start shipping of the cup holders next week. I am still awaiting some cup holder winner information. So please if you have not already...send your details. Thus far I have the details of the following winners. @bozogs @Sir Beregond @Tiaki Outstanding are @Kuufa @J7SC_Orion
  9. I really like the Surface line but I just can never stomach the price for the specification these things come with. I understand these are for a particular market and they have a certain form factor which can be another limiting factor...but it still hurts.
  10. Haha too kind. I am hoping next month this is something I will be able to get sorted.
  11. Hey all. So I have been running a Huawei P10 Plus for the last few years. Served me well but might be time for an upgrade. Currently looking at the One Plus Nord as a decent contender, great specs for the money. The 256Gb/12Gb Ram version can be had for a little over £350. Happy to hear if anyone has any other recommendations. Cheers, E
  12. I did enjoy the rubber cable grommets in the bottom of the CM cases at the time. Made cable management nice and easy!
  13. Right thanks for the the explanation bud. Well as it is hitting enterprise market, there is a good chance that it will trickle down to the consumer market. However, again assuming that game developers are kept out of the equation when it comes to the software support and its inherently done via drivers then it could work out well. Lets hope this does not stay in the enterprise/propriety's cupboard.
  14. Yeah I will have make sure I put it in a position I can work with, otherwise I will need go go gadget arms.
  15. Hoping to get this baby mounted and up and running soon.
