  1. Thank you for reading it. We've got chemistry here. I don't know why but your comment reminded me of this old video. Too funny.
  2. LOL, thanks Brother Pio. It was a lot of work, but I felt it was a priority with our first review for this vendor and because it was a new brand and new products launch. I hope you have a good week.
  3. Have you heard anything from the folks at CPS? Thank you, bro.
  4. Thank you. I was more impressed than I expected to be, and the pricing is very good. Especially the case. My son absolutely loves his "new" build. Not only because it looks much better, but it also runs a whole lot cooler than it did in the antique easy-bake oven his parts were in before.
  5. Good stuff from CPS. I look forward to seeing what they release next. The new photo gallery app works well on mobile, and enabling scrolling for the pro/con table also works well on mobile browser.
  6. Thank you. I never would have imagined running system memory at speeds like this a couple of years ago. It's crazy how high DDR5 clocks can go when the rest of the platform cooperates. That is excellent. Not many people can get their AM5 setups to overclock the memory that well. Congrats on that.
  7. Managed to finagle 8800 out of these rainbow puke G.skull sticks. /img/logo.png MrFox`s Memory Frequency score: 4400 MHz with a DDR5 SDRAM HWBOT.ORG The DDR5 SDRAM @ 4400MHzscores getScoreFormatted in the Memory Frequency benchmark. I've got them on the Supercool waterblocks, so the ICs are actively cooled by a cold plate rather than a top-mounted block.
  8. The ARC A770 runs Modern Warfare III (2023) at 1440p flawlessly. Looks and plays excellent. Solid 100+ FPS. I've bumped the power limits to 452W and locked the GPU core at 2700MHz and a fixed 1.160V. Runs fast and cool. No regrets... excellent value for a $300 GPU.
  9. Looks like you had a good time, bro. Cool stuff (pun intended).
  10. Fantastic review @Sir Beregond. Great photos, thorough analysis and top notch work overall. I love be quiet! stuff. They are really good at what they do and it shows in their product quality.
  11. Cooler Master products seem to be getting better, while some of the other brands that have been more popular are trending in the opposite direction. From the test results in the review this AIO performs quite well.
  12. Excellent review, Brother @RageSet. Very professional, thorough and enjoyable.
  13. Thank you. That was on the Apex. The Z690 Dark is in the be quiet! Dark Base Pro 901 paired with the 6900 XT. I am debating whether to replace the 6900 XT with a 4080 Ti or 4090. The Z690 Dark has no problem keeping pace with the Z790 Apex in terms of CPU and memory overclocking, and it is a notably better product in several ways, but the 6900 XT leaves a lot to be desired.
  14. I don't game a ton, but when I do it is often a benchmarking venture to see what I can get away with. I played BF 2042 for a couple of hours today to test my system "game stability" with the CPU and memory overclock. Buttery smooth with maxed out settings at 4K and the 4090 stock. CPU set for P-Cores 60x8, E-Cores 48x16, Cache 50x and memory at 8000 CL34-48-48-48-2T.
  15. Fantastic job on their review for both components, Brother @Fluxmaven. I enjoyed the read and the photos.
  16. I just discovered and read through the review. Really nice write-up, bro. I like the way these modules look. They are sort of a new and improved version of the similar Vengeance DDR5 kit that I reviewed that had Samsung ICs. The Hynix M-die is much better.
  17. I have to use static voltage or Cinebench 2024 closes or stops responding using my otherwise bench-stable settings with adaptive voltage. CPU: https://hwbot.org/submission/5351245_ | GPU: https://hwbot.org/submission/5351246_
  18. Well done, bro. Very good review. I enjoyed the read and the photos. It must be hot off the press because I did not see a thumbnail for it yet on the forum home page. I merely saw it at the top of the "Latest Reviews" list.
  19. I finally decided to stop procrastinating about popping the lid of the 13900K that I bought on OC.net to replace the one that died. Previous core max was 97°C in Cinebench R23 at 57xP, 45xE, 49xC and delidded bare die core max is now 76°C. I just love the Dark Base Pro 901. It is the perfect compliment to the Z690 Dark mobo.
  20. Very good review. Nice job, bro. Looks like an excellent Gen5 NVMe option. Quite the fancy heat sink on it. I am assuming you use the slot closest to the CPU, above the GPU on your MSI Meg ACE X670E. Did you have plenty of clearance for the GPU with that big NVMe heat sink, or was it a tight fit there?
