  1. How to find a micro usb 3.0 male to sata adapter to adapt a micro usb 3.0 drive to sata? The drive I have is a micro usb 3.0 western digital black p10 game drive that doesn't have a sata interface at all just micro usb 3.0. So I need to hook it up internally to a sata computer but need the adapter but I cannot find it. Thanks
  2. I wonder if I bought a RX 6400 & it surprisingly did have AMD VCE support, that would be amazing! lol
  3. I just need something without external power connector for this one system I have which doesn't have too great of a power supply. By the way, thank you everyone for the help. The RX 6400 is so promising with it's good performance at 1080p, better than the RX 550 & 560 LP cards because of 32 ROPs & 48 TMUs. Although the RX 560 LP has 16 ROPs & 64 TMUs, the RX 6400 because of it's clock & architecture surpasses it by great lengths. Yeah I'm getting my RX 6600 XT back from Gigabyte RMA soon & I'll get to use that but I'll need to see if it will post video on a AMD A6-3670K system & my AMD Opteron 4386 system as well. Thanks I think I'll wait to upgrade my main rig after they release AMD RX 7000 series this December.
  4. Thanks but I don't buy Intel / NVIDIA anymore. I'm all AMD, until they disappoint I'm sticking with them.
  5. Yeah I don't think AMD has made a low profile card since the RX 560. That was the best AMD could offer for low profile cards for a long time. Now they finally have something to compete with the GTX 1650 lp, but I'm sure the GTX 1650 at least has NVENC?
  6. Yeah I already have the Dell Low Profile AMD Radeon RX 550 4GB which can encode. Just doesn't have as many ROPs & TMUs as the mighty XFX LP RX 6400 with 32 / 48 vs 16 / 32. Thanks
  7. Thanks so I would be force to use possibly OpenCL? That wouldn't hurt I guess. I just want the card but want to encode with it too. Thanks again.
  8. Will the AMD Radeon RX 6400 ever receive AMD VCE support? I want to buy one but I require AMD VCE support for recording gameplay & encoding video with software etc. However, AMD says its all unsupported. Do you think people got it working or will they release it in driver updates or some such? Thanks
  9. Well in the end I just ended up using Windows Search & typed in (1) & it found all the files with (1) in them & I deleted them all, took a few seconds but it's done now. Since all my duplicates just simply had a (1) at the end of the filename. Thanks again everyone
  10. Thanks man but I have 1,604 files to be checked & I'm sure there is about 50% of them duplicates so 802 files would take forever lol I appreciate the guidance though, I'm learning something new every single day!
  11. I proceeded to search as name & it found nothing but Hash did find a bunch & so I selected them by adding *(1)* and deleted them but they are all still there. The application can't find the filenames with the (1) on them in the specified folder... Or maybe I'm doing something wrong (most likely) hahaha I made a backup first so I didn't mess anything up so I can fix it. Idk what to do now if I cannot specify to search for all filenames with (1) in them in this specified folder then idk what to do... *update* Testing Music Duplicates now *Update 2* Still nothing. Music Duplicates freezes up while accessing 1604 songs on a Samsung EVO 970 Plus nvme SSD on a 4.5Ghz Ryzen 3700X with 32GB RAM. Should I wait 10-30 minutes or end task? It seems to be doing nothing in the task manager.
  12. For some reason it's not working. I added the entire folder of all the folders containing the artists. Which is only like 7 folders, from which only a couple contain duplicate music files which looks like this "song example.mp3 & song example (1).mp3". I need to get rid of the (1) versions of the same song duplicates. I tried individual folders as well and it still didn't work. *Update* I reset the configuration & now it's working but how do I delete the duplicates by a batch operation & not individually? I guess I will try & figure it out.
  13. Thank you so much buddy! It's for my friends music collection. After converted his music from .M4A to .MP3, he some how made duplicates within nearly every artist folder. Thanks again
  14. How to select and delete batch copies of files in Windows? I tried Beyond Compare the application is sort of difficult to use though for that task but I think it's possible on that application. Thanks
  15. By the way I don't recommend running Forza on a HDD because I was getting continuous hitching & stuttering while racing which is so annoying! So I since installed the game on the C:\ drive & had to change the Owner again but this time it had to be entered like this : NT Service\TrustedInstaller
  16. Here's a couple videos showcasing the performance you get from the Supermicro H8SCM-F & AMD Opteron 4386 on 32 Gigabytes of DDR3-1600 & a DeLimited RX 480 4 Gigabyte card @ 1333Mhz. As far as recording goes I recorded Call Of Duty WWII on DXTORY with TestAMFVFW which uses AMD VCE @ 23.97fps recorded fps, mind a -20fps reduction or so on average but otherwise it's quite accurate the displayed fps because of the movie cinema quality recorded fps of 23.97fps (I gained fps by recording @ 23.97fps btw). Also Forza Motorsport 7 was Unbeatable difficulty recorded using XBOX Game DVR @ 10Mbps typical rate @ about 30fps recorded fps, mind a slight reduction in avg framerate on both videos.
  17. Holy crap those are some insane numbers on AIDA64 CPU Cache Memory benchmark! 100GB/s+ memory bandwidth & more than 5TB/s L1 Cache Performance, wow! PS - Your temperatures are amazing for those powerful processor(s).
  18. @Storm-ChaserYeah I tried it, said no compatible processor family found. I can post a screenshot of error if necessary?
  19. I'll have to learn how to disable XBOX game DVR because right now the only way I get no fps loss is through DXTORY using the DXTORY lossless codec which is uncompressed video. Only problem is, the output is laggy.
  20. @Storm-ChaserThanks man. I use Arctic Silver Ceramique 2 & I'm hitting about 40°C load on this Opteron CPU & configuration. So don't really need LM for this cool-running setup. Just wish I could lock it to x19 multiplier for 3.8Ghz in-game otherwise it runs 3.4Ghz in game mostly & sometimes under ultra-light single core loads will it hit 3.8Ghz. After I sell this C32 setup, I'll build a G34 AMD Opteron 6386 SE 16-Core top end chip code name Opteron 6300-series "Abu Dhabi" (32 nm). That's what I'm looking forward to.
  21. @ENTERPRISEYeah I'm sure your right buddy. I tried dxtory with the AMD VCE Codec & it worked without crashing but had the fps drop again. Maybe the GPU cannot handle high fps 4k encode is the reason why.
  22. The Supermicro H8SCM-F hates 4 sticks of RAM, so I reduced it to 32GB which runs at full speed DDR3-1600, otherwise with 4 sticks it has USB 3.0 PCIe card issues & BSODs galore & the RAM only runs at DDR3-1066. So now that I have 32GB 2x 16GB in there all the issues went away. So now I need to order 2x sticks of 32GB DDR3-1866 for 64GB SK Hynix RAM from Cisco.
  23. For some reason the atikmdag-patcher-1.4.12 doesn't work on 19.9.2 drivers so I'm going all the way back to the driver which was supposed to improve performance for Call Of Duty WWII, 17.11.1. We will see. *Update* 17.11.1 as soon as I tried record said needed to enable "Record Desktop" so I did & as soon as I started recording the whole system went to black screen & restarted so 17.11.1 is a no go but I was able to patch the driver on an older patcher. So maybe I'll try patching 19.9.2 again... Test it out. This is so f*ing annoying btw. 21.11.3 works fine but with fps drop idk what to do. Maybe I'll just forget about recording at 4k?
