  1. Thanks, yeah I trimmed the nvme ssd & defragged the 5tb hdd.
  2. LOL ran a 8 hour long defragment on the drive & its fixed. Thanks for the help.
  3. When I first installed the os I copied a game over from my Seagate 5TB 2.5" HDD to my Samsung 970 EVO 500GB drive and it got 140MB/s. Now I'm trying to transfer macOS Big Sur iso over, it's a single 16GB iso & it's going like below 10MB/s for some reason. I checked AIDA64 devices usb devices & it's working at USB 3.0 speeds & I updated my USB driver & disabled USB Legacy support in the BIOS, but still less than 10MB/s. I swapped the USB 3.0 enclosure to a new Yottamaster USB 3.0 Type C to Type A USB 3.0 & I even directly connected it to the back USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports on my ASUS X570i Gaming Motherboard, still slow. Why? Thanks
  4. I updated the BIOS from original F3, to F5 & it's a lot better now. I get 1.288V for benchmarks only & games black screen but can pull 1225Mhz core 1425mhz memory on fast timings strap.
  5. Not yet but not sure if I wanna try that. As of right now just running auto core voltage 4.7ghz which is pretty stable 1.4V is auto. This way the PBO stuff stays active. Thanks
  6. Hey I was messing with the card again, the WINDFORCE R9 290 & Its perfectly stable stock & with the VDDC offset disabled it yields +100mV more so from like 1.150V to 1.250V, its stable at stock frequency with the 1.250V & if I use AMD Adrenalin software to overclock from 1040MHZ to 1188MHZ, it's stable. Although if I set it to 1188MHZ in the BIOS, it crashes immediately...
  7. Hi, is there a Gigabyte Windforce R9 290 black screen restart overclock fix? At stock voltage, it's fine 1.250v, but with 1.280V which runs at 1.283V at the VRM at 1200Mhz core has no artifacts & is stable under an artifact scan using Kombuster. The second I load into Call Of Duty Vanguard, it restarts & I have to hold power button & reset for it to post again. I know it's not the CPU overclock, because I ran the CPU back to stock & It still did it. What do you think could be the problem? I suspect the ASIC Max Temperature is the issue, I changed it from 95*C to 88*C for safety. The GPU Core & VRM only hits like maybe 60*C load so it's not overheating, but maybe it is somewhere else. I have the POWER LIMIT @ 225W 225A which shouldn't be the issue either. Thanks
  8. @ENTERPRISEWhy does the PBO limits get ignored when using manual VDDCR vCore voltage? I'm trying to throttle my overclock to stay cool & stable but it's not abiding by my limits when I adjust the vCore manually. Thanks
  9. Does my Gigabyte Windforce R9 290 need USB power for Displayport to HDMI adapter? I know it needs an active displayport 1.2 to HDMI 2.0 minimum to work but in the past, it wouldn't post BIOS video over displayport, only HDMI on my 390X. Does the card need USB supplemental power to get BIOS post video over displayport to hdmi? I need it for 4k60hz on the card. Thanks
  10. I'd be happy to help with your card if you still need help bud?
  11. Sup bros, so my question about RX 5700 XT is do u guys know if its possible to BIOS Mod these cards? Can I edit the values in hex in HxD or a Tool of some sort & save to correct checksum & get it to post BIOS & everything & work fine? Do you need to patch the driver like on Polaris?
  12. Lenovo Ideapad 320-15ABR w/ A12-9720P 3.6Ghz Quad w/ rare Radeon 530 4GB GDDR5 Modding & Specifications I'm about to build this laptop with 36GB RAM as it has 4GB onboard and its faster DDR4 RAM with dual channel capabilities. Yay! With the AMD A12-9720P @ 15W achieves 2.9Ghz all core, so what does it achieve with 25W & 35W TDP? Since I'm going to be BIOS MODDING the BIOS on this LENOVO IDEAPAD 320-15ABR to get peak performance. I will use Arctic Silver Ceramique 2 on the APU & GPU & thermal pad the top & bottom of the PCB to cool the VRAM the APU & GPU Cores for max overclocking. Does anyone know what voltage VDDC the AMD Radeon 530 4GB GDDR5 runs at full speed 3D clocks? Thanks
  13. I'd really like to find a tool that can tune the SPPT on the 7900 xtx. I know how to prepare the sppt, i just would like an easy to use GUI SPPT Editor.
  14. Would you or someone else who is a wizz at watercooling, create me a aio with clear vinyl tubing with 25% - 99% potent isopropyl alcohol and 75% distilled water & be able to put it all together if I pay for all the parts & ship it your place & you build it to my liking & I pay you a service fee of your desired amount & ship it back to me?
  15. Is there a tool or utility for windows that is a NAVI SoftPowerPlayTable Editor? I plan on modding my 6950 xt red devil when I get it but need to know about a SPPT editor? Thanks
  16. What kind of performance do you get from the NZXT Kraken 120 RL-KR120-B1? What kind of TDP can it handle, typically with a 110CFM 120MM fan at full speed 100% 12V? What kind of temps should I expect? Because I plan on using a low profile 120mm thin fan mounted with a 140mm to 120mm adapter, then mount the radiator to the chassis with the tubes facing down so the case panel will close (might need to trim a bit with some modding to get it to fit) but anyway, I was going to mount a fan on the out side of the panel so I get a successful PUSH-PULL configuration going. I may be cooling a 5950X possibly. I plan on removing all dust filters for maximum airflow triming the metal around the 80mm intake, so i may fit a bGears 84cfm 80mm x 25mm led fan in the front as intake to the GPU chamber & then mount a thin 120mm to the chassis's 140mm fan slot with a 140mm to 120mm fan adapter & mounting a 140 or 120mm fan on the outside of the case side panel to successfully act as a push pull configuration. Although height restrictions of about 35mm will limit it, unless its going to fit like a glove? How thick are thin 120mm fans anyway, like 12.5mm vs the normal 25mm? since I think there is 35-40mm of room between the chassis fan mount & the side panel that would be 25mm thickness of the radiator + 12.5mm = 37.5mm of thickness would touch the side panel snug as a glove. Thanks
  17. Thanks I'll look around for PPT Package Power Tracking & TDC & EDC I think too.
  18. I was wondering if there is a way to limit the TDP & TDC on the CPU on ASUS X570i Gaming 3700X? Thanks
  19. Thanks & I looked at the TCL 43S450G and it appears to have a 900mA USB 3.0 port but how much storage does it have & ram & cpu model? Thanks
  20. Which model? because I saw a blue port on the back but it says USB 2.0 beside it. It would appear from my short research, Sony is the one company with USB 3.1 Gen 1 port on their TVs. Microcenter in Brentwood, MO has a 55" for 299 and it has the USB 3.1 Gen 1 port. Thanks
  21. I found a Sansui S55VAUG 55" 4K Google TV for 199 at microcenter near me & I looked it up but found minimal info. Can you tell me what the specs of the ARM CA53 processor is, is it a quad core 2Ghz & how much RAM does the TV have & storage & USB 3.0 support & 32bit or 64bit os? ARM v7a or v8a? Thanks Its said to be USB 2.0 only how sad I guess I'll need something like a TCL idk which one is 3.0 USB or a Sony Google tv 4k.
  22. Preferably 43" & with USB 3.0 is okay Google TV 4K about 149 to 299 max. Thanks
  23. I kinda want USB 3.0 bare minimum but also an Octa Core would be nice & 16GB onboard storage minimum to 32GB would be amazing. Thanks
  24. Yeah I'll give it another shot using NimeZ drivers Wow what a bummer on compatibility. Which APU & GPU was it that you used? Thanks
