So, I noticed yesterday that my 960 had failed 7 wu's at some point, so I thought about it real hard, and I came up with I forgot to turn on the exhaust fan when I closed the case back up after finishing the A/C , so the hot air in the case was probably building up. Oops!

I noticed it too when I checked your HFM stats, but totally forgot to mention it. Good thing you found it

The 2080ti is doing good with the 13454 units, about 5.8mil ppd. One of them failed, but the logs are gone. I can see that it finished 100% , but it returned faulty and I received the base points (54.400).

It's hard to find a work unit today, the ETF card has been down most of the time. I hope the wu shortage and server problems over at F@H will be solved soon..

Yeah, it's all a bit unpredictable. The points are all over the place on the work units now. I am going to reset the multipliers using the all os total in a week or so. That should even things back out a bit here.

All of the new multipliers are loaded as of now, so we can now see how these are going to go over the next day and a half to give us an idea how we stack up. Damric's multiplier went way down, so he shouldn't run away from all of us this time.

We'll see, 2080ti seems a bit lower than before too. Doing about 5.1 mil now with the right units, could be better but it's not bad.

Still chugging away. Had a power outage on 7-30 till mid day 7-31. 

 

Didn't even know about it I got back in town from road trip towards Chicago area.

Does that happen a lot over there, power outages? 
I need to knock on wood, but I can't remember I had a single one in the past 4 years.

I'll be switching back to the hertz 960 in a few days. I tore it all down and migrated it to a better system. I also replaced the tim, power thermal pad (yikes it discentigrated). Clocks higher that before and runs 12c or so cooler at 36C.

no, pretty Rare. but had a nasty storm knock down 2 power poles near me so it turned into a little something.

hertz9753 GTX 960 is officially back into Wildcard. I redid everything on the GPU. Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut paste, Thermalrite Extreme Odyssey Extreme Thermal Pad on the VRM Sink which completely was dust when I removed it, sanded block, new thermal tape for the sinks which were also sanded, and put into a better loop. Folding at 32C now and 1560 MHz, but it passed a benchmark at 1620 MHz, so there's some headroom to OC. Should put up over 10k per day now.

Looks like we're pulling away from Team OCN at least. I haven't had the time to really look and see if we're gaining on Out of Beta or not. This weekend was super busy.

My weekend was busy too, most of it was sleep . And I had the second Pfizer shot yesterday, which makes me feel like I've been drinking way too much yesterday

50 hour work week kinda drained me, plus for some reason rx580 rig doesnt like having HFM and winSCP running together anymore. gotta plan a day to go linux.

 

gonna be a painful day as ill have to backup 8TB worth of videos to redo raid5 array on top of the normal.... will be worth it though.
