[Official] New Egg shuffle thread

It's sad it has come to this, I don't have any luck with the youtube live streams. Even when they alert me, I never seem to get anything in my cart. This should be a thread to post shuffles, what they are offering and if anyone has actually been selected. This is by far the most relaxed method of trying to obtain a GPU. I don't like the stress of trying to rush to purchase one. 

 

1. Select the crap you want to purchase and submit.
2. Get email letting you know if you were selected.
3. If selected, buy the thing you wanted.

Today's event starts in 17 minutes. At this point, I would be glad to get a 3060, just so I can start work on the 4 Horsemen build. I have been dying to start working on that TH10a.

I would go for the 3090, but christ, it's a Zotac and they want 2159.99$ for it, HAHA, I'll pass.

Not at all what I wanted, but I need to be able to finally merge the 4 2080Ti's. Hoping to at least get the 3070, which I would be fine with, though I would have to sell the board.

Damn that sucks. I've only signed up 3-4 times, definitely no luck either. 

 

Seems like winning the newegg shuffle is like finding a 4 leaf clover.

I just want two GPUs so I can upgrade both my computers. Still waiting on one RX 6800 to arrive, haven't been able to successfully order a second GPU. 

 

But with the way things are, I gotta be honest that if I could order more I would just because the resell prices are so insane. I wouldn't go full scalper but if I could order like 5-6, I would and just sell the extra ones and call it a day. I think I'd at least list them for a little less than the general scalper price though or maybe see if any of my friends wanted one. 

 

That's gotta be a big part of why it's so bad. Even people that don't really want to get into scalping can't ignore the math of buying something and selling it for 3 times the price.

The only thing I've won the privilege of buying in that shuffle was a 5600X (which I got), and later a 5800X (which I passed on). Until the past couple weeks, have religiously signed up for GPUs and have won exactly squat. Ended up getting a Zotac 3070 because I lucked out on a Discord stock alert. Definitely not my first choice though. I wanted an ASUS TUF 3080, but Frankly 3080's MSRP are like $1k now, and rarer than the last steak I ate.

Even if you were running Intel and 16 PCIe lanes, you'd still make 4x on 3 GPUs and shouldn't notice a penalty.

This gonna be epic! lol I can fit the 3080 in my bottom slot and all 3 slots are x4, then the same for my other LanBoy Rig, but it's 3.0 on zen1.

Without looking at your stats I would assume you will get 8x4x4x. 

 

Not to mention, if you can get 4.0 speeds at 4x that's 8GB/sec
