According to Greymon55, AMD will be revealing additional Zen3D SKUs. Thus far AMD has only released one SKU with 8 cores which has generally seen a positive response from the gaming community and tech reviewers. It is a match for Intel 12th Gen Core K-series CPUs for gaming, but has limited performance in more advanced workloads due to its one chiplet design and as a result reduced multi-threaded performance.

Really good new if they really release newer am4 cpu.  People who can't afford the latest ddr5 and or newer platform will have some option down the line.

Doesn't surprise me AM4 still has a lot to offer. To be honest, AMD's main market will be AM4 for some time until AM5 gets traction. So I think we will see more AM4 CPU's for a little while.

I really want to see some new 35w athlon chips. Maybe a 5000G or 5100G. Or maybe a Zen2 part. Something faster than the 3000G would be nice. 140.228.21.17

AMD has talked about supporting AM4 along-side AM5. This makes perfect sense. I could see myself getting a 5900X3D in the future if they make one.
