The AX201 is Intel only. However it is also dependent on the CPU as well. It won't work on every Intel platform. Because CNVio2 isn't compatibie with the older CVNio standard. Basically avoid Intel cards that end with a 1. AX201/211/411 will not work with AMD. AX200/210 will work with AMD. I would recommend AX200 wifi6 or AX210 wifi6e. Which should work with any platform. 6e is backwards compatible with 6.

Interesting, when I got the TX10-D it could only be ordered in black or gunmetal at the time.

Did they ever sell those in white?

I kind of agree with oneplus. If they are talking about cheaper phones. I have seen some phones with 3-4 gigs of ram getting really slow with later android updates. But if you buy a flagship with 12-16GB of ram or more. And with the latest CPU. It should be fine for much longer. So i think flagships should come with longer software updates. Their cheaper phones maybe not. I would expect most phones to come with 8gigs or more now. But i don't think 16GB of ram will be nearly enough in 7 years. My old oneplus 5 had 8gigs of ram and should of easily supported android 14. About 7 years later. I only upgraded because i wanted a better carrier. But now i upgrade every 2 years. Because i get bored. Why can't anyone make a 5.5-inch flagship with the latest snapdragon. Why does a phone have to be massive.

A lot of people that complain about OLED burn in. Were not around or remember that early IPS and other display techs also had a ton of burn in issues. And with time they have improved. I have seen burn with pretty much every panel type. New or old. If you keep your display on 24/7 it's going to burn in eventually. It doesn't matter the panel type.

Uses too much power. Id rather get the 4060ti 16gb. Unless I was on a smaller budget. But a used 6700xt would be worth considering at that point.

wccftech Valve’s Steam Officially Ends Support For Windows 7 and Windows 8
ozlay replied to bonami2's topic in Games News
They should remove all the games that wont work on win10 or higher then. I just purchased a bunch of retro games during their sale. And half of them didn't work on win11. -
Hopefully they will add better multi-monitor support. And an option to have different wallpapers for each monitor and live wallpapers. Like you can do with linux and android. Better ARM support would be nice too. I wish i could set the start menu to a different monitor than my main monitor. Or set a different monitor as the main monitor for launching apps.

MINISFORUM HX77G MINI PC - 8TB NVME M.2 SSD UPGRADE POSSIBLE?
ozlay replied to HeyItsChris's topic in Storage
Most of the 8tb m.2 ssds are double sided. So it depends on how tall the m.2 slot is. It might not fit. But there is a lot of space in there for a riser if it doesn't fit. -
Best compatible CPU for HP 6305 SFF Chipset A75 Socket FM1?
ozlay replied to HeyItsChris's topic in CPU's
Couldn't find the bios. Looks like hp removed it from their site. You might be able to use an A10-5800k too. Id be surprised if HP blacklisted other AMD cpu's. -

videocardz NVIDIA and AMD reportedly working on ARM-based processors for PCs
ozlay replied to bonami2's topic in Rumour Mill
AMD was working on an ARM based cpu along side of Zen. But they ended up not finishing it. So i can see building on that old design like that have with Zen. Or using some of what they learned in the past to build something new. If the new Snapdragon X elite slides are to be trusted than they already have some real competition. -
techspot Asus is prepping a GeForce RTX 4060 Ti with a built-in SSD slot
ozlay replied to bonami2's topic in Rumour Mill
Looks like a good choice for itx builds. That might not have enough space for more than 1 or 2 ssds. -
After they stopped developing unreal tournament. I stopped looking at their games. I hope Microsoft or someone else buys them and brings back unreal tournament. I believe they removed their games from steam as well. So you can't easily play their older games. And I would never use their bloatware game launcher.
