Cinebench 2024 is a rendering benchmark, upgraded to Redshift from the powerful rendering engine of Cinema 4D. Notably, this version reintroduces CPU and GPU benchmarking, as the GPU testing feature is absent in previous releases.

This iteration of Cinebench supports X86 and X64 systems based on Intel or AMD hardware. It is also compatible with Apple Silicon and macOS, as well as Qualcomm Snapdragon for Windows. In terms of graphics, it supports AMD, NVIDIA, and Apple graphics for Redshift GPU testing.

The 2024 version boasts a claimed threefold increase in memory footprint and a sixfold increase in computation effort, making it well-suited for high-core count CPUs. Due to its novel rendering engine and heightened complexity, metrics from previous Cinebench versions cannot be directly compared.
