Intel's new Core i9-10900K already pushed to 7.7GHz across all cores

...most likely, it had some power-saving feature kick in. In any case, great achievement by Elmor ! Looks like the ol' 14nm +++++++ still has some life in it

Not a bad achievement. I don't think that 14nm node could be optimised any more at this point lol.

Haha yeah, I will give it to them, they are certainly the king at repacking a product and reselling it as a new super awesome piece of hardware.
